I painted this picture in memory of my mama, as she used to say, "Time for Church" and hurry us kids up as not to be late for church service. My mama always made sure that all her children went to church every Sunday and learned from an early age about God and Jesus' Love. Later in life, I always made sure that I took my children to church every time the doors were open so they too would learn about the Love of God. I have two sons that are both preachers and I am very proud of them along with all my children, as they all have God in their life. My mama taking me to church regularly taught me the right ways, and I've tried to pass this on to my children. I Love them all ....Thanks Mama!

"Mama's Flowers"

I painted these pretty flowers in memory of my mama. I remember my mom always planting flowers and I helped her a lot. Her flowers always looked so beautiful and she loved tulips and different colored daisies. Sometimes when I would go outside to smell the flowers and look at them I would see all kinds of butterflies so I painted one with mama's flowers. This was one of my favorite childhood memories!
